楼下就别说什么BBB的风凉话了，谁会为了几百点费那么大劲。
我来问主要是这gas station就在家门口很方便，基本上都在他家加油，不知道为什么
chase不算他家，有必要打电话问下chase么？
因为这个季度freedom有5% cash back，就在shell加油站里买了200刀油卡，交易显示
的是shell oil.
但是这个月statement出来，加油站花的200刀并没有被计入5%, 在药店花的钱都拿到了。
大家帮我看看这是为什么？

EB2 降为EB3 如果以后需要relink 回EB2 140, letter/email是不是得公司发啊？ 下
面这段里说的applicant是说公司吧？beneficiary 才是employee 对吧？
希望能自己做这一步，但是貌似不行啊。

又仔细看了7， 说if the applicant has more than one A number, 说明applicant
是employee 本人了。
.7 The priority date
for the visa petition to be applied to the application must be current.
To notify the Texas Service Center when an applicant with a pending I-485
has multiple approved I-140s, one of which has a current priority date, send
an e-mail to e**********[email protected] or t**************[email protected] with the
subject line, “I-485 Multiple I-140s.” In the text of the e-mail, provide
the A-number and the receipt number of the 1-140 with the current priority
date. If the applicant has more than one A-number, list each number,
separated by a forward slash (“/”). If there are multiple family members,
list their A numbers separated by commas.

那就难说了
shell的油站以前有好几次有人说消费了不算gas的
我这儿基本没shell，只试验过bp貌似没问题。
所以我每次回答“加油站买GC算不算5%”都提醒要小额先试验一次。

hmmm,我看了下我的activity，加油和在加油站买gc是一样的description。不过我还没
出账单，也不是shell

虽然你是一周半加的油, 但是很多时候你看到信用卡上有pending的时候是在四五天以
后了(之前的只显示1刀或者70刀什么的.), 所以我觉得应该是从你pending的时候算,
这样离帐单日就很近了, 所以要等下个月显示

了。
前两天刚看一个老美的博客讨论类似问题。链接找不到了。说是他先加油，又买油卡，
只有加油算了5*points，油卡没算。即使两笔消费的连商家的号码都是一致的。然后打
电话，连银行的人都无法解释，只能解释说你那$25系统识别成gift card....
作者原意是为了亲身实验讨论amex supermarket的category，你可以找找看。

如果我没理解错，5%是取决于在什么地方消费，跟你买什么东西没关系。
另外傻子才会主动和chase说买的是油卡，店里那么多东西，chase知道你买的是什么？
退一万步说，就算是买油卡，为什么不行？谁说要一次加200刀的油？

不用问了，因为我以前很二问过Freedom关于5%：任何Gift Card都不计算在5%之内！！
！所以有时候我会故意在用餐的时候，要求把100刀的GC和用餐费和在一起Check Out，
看上去有零有整的，可以蒙混过关。但LZ这个200刀太明显的看出是GC了，所以建议LZ
Move On。反正又没亏什么，就当没有检到Deal而已。。。

我困惑了，前阵子shopper,cs没油卡买的时候我问在gas station买gc算不算5%，一堆
人说算，现在lz说自己的没有算进去又一堆人说不算。到底算还是不算，难道是ymmv?
t&c上没明确说gc不算，就说如果加油的话在pump或者station里面付钱都算，至于其他
的may or may not。难道说要加油和买gc一起付账才可以？也就是说刷卡的时候gc和
gas会被分门别类？如果这样说的话，在药店里买gc或者香草为什么又能算呢？
没有抬杠的意思，只是想了解下省得以后做无用功

it should count as a gas purchase either at the pump or by a cashier.
I believe Freedom doesn't require the transactions at the pump.

可以打客服问问那个加油站算不算。有的加油站没在chase给的list上面 但是实际上也
会给5%的

again, it may be possible that the pump and the cashier use two different
systems, in some gas stations
one would be counted as gas, the other not (e.g. convenience store?), based
on different codes
some shell gas stations were reported on this board to have such issue, if I
remember correctly
every time u go to a gas station to buy gas GC, do a test first. that is
what I always recommend

其实去药店买个1500刀的油卡就行了。。。
我俱乐部里面的哥们就是，两张freedom一月份去药店买1500x2的油卡
然后扔抽屉里面等四月份再拿出来用呗
。。。

FAQ @ chase explicitly says Amazon GC is included in Amazon purchases.
So the statement of "no GC is included" is definitely not right
or at least, not accurate

放P！任何Gift Card都算在5%之内。这种情况必须BBB CHASE。要不停的打电话给CHASE
