Realtor's credit back is higher than the closing cost.
All extra unused credit will be returned to realtor.
How should I do to use the extra credit (about $600)?
Loan package is already sent to title company for final wrap up.

对比一下我的情况，你就知道什么叫牵一发而动全身了
4月份野外作业，手机摔在石头上磕出道裂缝，思前想后决定换一个
于是趁着五一买个了ip4（好吧我承认确实有些烧包）
然后儿子天天缠着我要玩ip4上的游戏，被烦得不行五月底买了个ipad2
儿子要在线看动画片，于是六月份带宽升成了4M
七月份老婆孩子回乡下老家过暑假，我闲得无聊翻看ipad的附件，一时手欠卖了个HDMI
转换
器
买回来才发觉家里的电视太差，没有HDMI口（好吧，嘲笑我吧）
为了不被LP大人耻笑，买个个LED的液晶电视
发现原来的DVD放在新电视上效果很差，又弄了台蓝光
发现新电视虽然可以直接播放U盘的视频，可是不支持DTS，一怒又弄了台高清播放器
顺便配了块2T的硬盘，整天满世界找高清片源
儿子回家后要早睡，我又不能摆着大电视和一堆高清不看干眼馋，于是又弄了个无线耳机
等着一切都弄得差不多了，回头一看，丫的不就是手机摔了条缝么……

没有给照片，W2,就给了以上几条。
但是如下几个如果有，大蜜还是建议给的，尤其是你们有共同生的娃的出生证啊，这是
最直接的了：-）
1， 你们一起旅游的照片，机票
2， 结婚宴席的照片
3， 和朋友在一起的照片，按照时间顺序。
什么给两个人在一起XXOO的视频啊这些的不靠谱：）

Can you give any idea how realtor puts credit in the closing cost? I also
want my realtor put cash back in the closing cost, but he says it is illegal

if small amount, spend it on home insurance. you can pay an extra 1 yr
coverage in advance. that solves the problem. :p

This is what my lawyer told us
You do not need to send all of these documents- 2-3 bonafides would be fine.
• Joint federal income tax returns
• Joint insurance (car, life, health)
• Joint mortgage or lease
• Joint finances- bank statements, credit card statements
• Utility bills with both your names

• Birth certificates of any children you have together

Is one more year of home insurance allowable? My loan officer told me that I
cannot increase the escrow money, which amount is set by law.
