我EB3，PD 04/2012, 两天前(3/3/2014)交了I485，我的H1今年09/30/2014失效，我要
求公司给我延H1,律师要我等90天，如果绿卡处理过慢再说。
如果我理解得对的话，在绿卡下来以前，尽量用H1不要用EAD，这样丢了工作或者换工
作会方便些。主要是不知道我的绿卡到底要等多久，请问这种情况我是不是应该还是争
取要求他们延一下H1呢？还是3个月以后再说？

As you know the Application to Adjust Status was filed with USCIS. We have
applied for work and travel authorization for you for which you are eligible
by virtue of the application, which should be issued with approximately 90
days of filing-well in advance of the H visa expiration. As you should be in
possession of that work and travel authorization we would not proceed with
extending the H. We will monitor the case for any delays, which would
precipitate the need for an extension. Please feel free to contact me with
any questions.
