一个小的刚成立一年的hedge fund打算发offer了，他们说同意办H1B，但是之前并没有
办过。而且他们已经招了一个国际学生，说明年一起办。这个公司一共只有5,6个人，
这种情况下办H1B会不会有名额限制或其他问题？
明年H1B会不会很紧张？如果那样的话是不是还是去大公司比较稳妥？还是跟公司没有
大小没有关系？

小公司办的话，一般两个人只有一个能拿到h1b。大公司另当别论，good luck

I see my Indian friend using passport alone (in the same way as I use my
driver's license alone) to pass the flight security checking. Airport people
only care about whether you are whom you claim to be, they don't care about
your status.
Well, I'd suggest you to bring all the documents that you feel comfortable
to prove your legal status, just in case.
