盆子里上周就开始长蘑菇，先是外围一圈。看着番茄长势还不错，新芽，开花，都没有
影响。但今天看到根附件也开始长了，这样下去会不会影响结果呢？需要采取什么措
施吗？

长蘑菇倒是一般没啥问题，无非就是太阴，太湿，太酸。
但番茄是喜中性的，而且长蘑菇的环境通常也利于真菌霉菌，所以改善一下湿度吧。pH
可以加lime提高，你要是有耐心的话，磨碎的蛋壳粉也行，还补钙。

律师按时间收费。没签合同的话，律师就没有花时间审阅合同，应该不收费或收很少的
钱。

没签合同是不是不用付？

是inspection后所有条件都谈妥了才算签合同么?
但好象一路下来律师也花了不少时间呀...

First, you give a offer, and once the seller accept the offer and both
parties signed the contract, it is under contract.
Next step called attorney review, and the same time you hire a inspector yo
do home inspection. Usually you have 14 days after sign the contract to do
inspection, otherwise you just givr up your right. Your attorney start to
review contract, prepare rider, which is customize the standard contract you
and seller signed already, include any clauses, etc. Once both parties
agreed the rider, and sign off on the rider, the attorney review conclude.
In the contract, there should be two contigencies, one for home inspection
and one for mortgage application. The attorney starts to work once you
forward him the contract for his review.

I think you need to have your attorney review the contract before you sign
it to give you enough protections/contingencies.
