二月份申请的Dividend，送$100开卡Bonus. term里面写了这100刀不算在年度的cap
里面的，第一个statement刷了3000+白香草，拿到100刀+159刀的cb。趁3月末又刷了
2500+白香草，结果这个月statement出来了只拿了41刀cb。总共拿了100+159+41=300刀
的cb。
这个可以去argue吗？还是要低头默默的承受？
