我的Eb1A 的140 刚批，是TSC中心的 (以SRC开头）。我想relink到我2007大潮时递交
的NIW的485上去（已经指纹鉴定和面试过），NIW的485 应该是NSC 中心的（以LIN
开头）。请问我应该将relink letter 寄到什么地址，哪个中心？
另外，信中是不是也要提到我老婆的信息？万分感激！

Early walk-in for FP may provide some peace of mind since you are done with
the process, however I don't think it will have any major gain in the long
run. First, by doing early walk-in, you will gain at most only 2 to3 weeks
which is not a lot as compared to the entire AOS processing time. Second, I
don't think the officer handling your case is constantly watching your case
and as soon as you do your FP, goes, "voila, FP is done and now let's move
to the next step." My assumption is once an FP apt date is set for the case,
the officer waits until after that date to check back.
My $0.02.

笔试已过，今天朋友约去路试。
上来感觉就不对，那个检查的非要我再出示两封官方信件证明现在的住址，My god，难
道我如此频繁地搬家？幸好带了一些账单什么的，对付过去了。
到录入信息，那老太太怪我的护照，说从来没见过这样的护照，My god，顿时我觉得不
是在考驾照，而是去签证，而且面对的还是一个反应不过来的老太太，大约花了45分钟
录入我信息。中间无数次怪我这样那样，叫我觉得我上辈子跟她是冤家，今天她终于碰
到机会整我了。
到了路试，黑大妈检查horn。我老怎么也听不懂，最后才明白她要我测试horn，这还了
得。一脸不满意上了车。
上来就是go out and turn around the door,....。哥我以为车有啥问题，解开安全带
要出去看一下车。结果，黑大妈又改词说，go through the gate.而且问我，what
are you doing？我满脸大汗，惶惑不安地启动开走。
终于开出去了，过了intersection，大妈说，turn right，就那个小路，哪里有
turnright的way啊？过了绿树掩映的一段后陡然发现一小路，反应已经来不及了，只好
直行。大妈又大喊，turn right。我一边sorry，一边看前方，还是看不到有路，结果
我老又开过了一路口。到下一个路口，终于看到了，放缓，右转，开过。又怪我开得慢
。我老惶急，开得稍微猛了一点，黑大妈让我开到一条四车道上，停车，锁车（这时候
都听懂了啊），走回去。对我讲，let your friend come up on me.碰到朋友，说，go
home ,learn to drive and then bring him here.
还好，我以为要吊销我朋友的驾照呢。
呵呵。真搞笑。另外一朋友笔试路试一路考过，中午叫他付钱吃饭，没觉得太亏。

J点很多，以倒数第三段为最:
上来就是go out and turn around the door,....。哥我以为车有啥问题，解开安全带
要出去看一下车。结果，黑大妈又改词说，go through the gate.而且问我，what
are you doing？我满脸大汗，惶惑不安地启动开走。

问题是officer的事？还是爱抚比爱的事？FP 是调查NC的开始，不是吗？即使IO不碰我
的case，至少那边局里开始clear NC啊。请教大牛

可以为拿卡清除一道障碍吧，不是有人在预定的打指纹时间前绿的么
但是说提前打指纹能加速，这个可能不会有什么效果
NC不需要FP就可以开始吧

Not sure if it counts a success or not.
My scheduled FP is on 4/14/14. The staff said we can take your fingerprints
today, but your FP case would not be processed until 4/14/14.

我还真不知道NC实际上什么时候开始的。uscis要向F通报名字，不是通过FP程序一并向
F提供照片，指纹，护照等信息吗？我还以为这步trigger F look into it呢。确实如
你说，清楚一道障碍。

这个不知道是工作人员不懂瞎说还是他们那里有规矩说提前打指纹的不到日子数据不上
报，虽然感觉后者可能性很小
毕竟是有预定打指纹时间前绿了的例子

(1) Correct - the 6 months rule is no longer valid, according to the USCIS
Memo of Feb. 9, 2009
(2) As to when does the FBI begin the namecheck process, mine began 2 weeks
after my i-485 receipt date. This was confirmed by the FBI after I wrote to
different congress members, government agencies, and the white house.

Hi,
I went for an INFOPASS to get this answer among other things. From there,
the IO told us that my and my wife's namecheck was complete within three
weeks of the filing of our I-485. Our PDs were current at that time. Our FP
was done much later, about 1.5 months from the date of namecheck clearance.

不知道还是不是这样了，485接受后几周就开始了，也就是如 FranklinDou 说的，独立

我也认为是打指纹的人瞎说的。我只是想提供一个案例。

FP 的check 是NC其中一部分。
这几个帖子说的可能是除了FP之外的NC。
