refinance谈下来好过0 cost,是负200cost。

Appraisal Fee $375
Government recording Charge + Transfer Tax = $1325.
Title Service and Title Insurance = $1100
Broker Rebate = $4000.
$1000+$375+$1325+$1100-$4000 = -$200
Escrow $1200
Interest $800
$1200+$800-$200 = $1800 “Total Estimated Settlement Charges"
GFE上apprsaisal fee写的是$375。但是appraisal我预付了$165。谁知道最后closing的
时候Total settlement charge到底是多少?
A. $1800,然后broker退我$165。
B. $1800。然后broker退我$375。
C. $1800-$375=$1425。
D. $1800-$165=$1635。
