If I go with eb1b, should I stay at the same company until I get the green

I heard that if ur company is nice enough (they do not revoke your
application after you leave), ur eb1b is fine.

better to stay a couple of months after getting GC (otherwise may have
problems to get citizen), or 485 pending > 180 days

u may get RFE of employment letter
