昨天submit了background check的表格，
想到有一问题不诚实，
这两天一直很不安。
我简历中有一年的experience没写,
因为那一年换过两次工作,
填了绝对没好处.
所以在填BC的表格时也就没写那两家公司，
但明显有个一年的gap在那儿了.
有一个问题“were you unemployed for more than 3 consecutive months in the
past 5 years', 这儿我填的“no"。。。
感觉这样背景调查起来会发现我自己提供的信息里就有不match的元素。。。
大家是怎么看这个的? 我现在还有补救的方法吗？

Normally background check company only cares what you fill in the form, not
what you didn't fill.However, if you new employer asks why, you'd better
give a good explanation. They should have asked this question at the
interview stage, not at this point.Just my thought.
by the way, which background check company is it?

问题是我也不知道他们公司用的是哪个BC company啊。。

resume is just a piece of paper.
没人管你简历怎么写, 简历就是marketing的一个工具,有出入太正常了.
bg check表就一定要填真实信息, 就是说填了的信息真实就够了, 没填不算.
一般也没有人特别检查resume和bg check表的出入, 出入不大就行了.
这算什么不诚实, 别背网上的人吓着了, 放心, 没事, 睡个好觉.

说的好，我也一直想说这个来着
resume怎么说都没事，只要你能在面试时候圆过去，就无后患了。
这得要多变态的吃饱了没事的人才会去比较你的简历和background check信息是不是对的上。
我就经常干些比如把两三个时间较短工作合并在一起，把title换一换之类的。
