上个月末刚刚寄出去双飞EB2 -->EB3和I-140，还没收到receipt notice呢都就发现EB3
倒退了。 问Fragman咋办，收到回复如下：
The decision is completely up to you. You can either leave it as EB3 with an
Adjustment pending or you can withdraw that case and leave everything as it
was under EB2. With the EB3 adjustment pending you have the ability to port
your case to a new employer in about 6 months. If you decide to withdraw
and go back to EB2 then should you go to a new employer, you will need to
start the green card process all over again.
那如果不withdraw然后跳槽的话，将来还可以re-link回去EB2吗？那如果不跳槽，是不
是可以直接withdraw了？ 我降级自费的，withdraw还能退点钱不？ :)
