申请了fsd，fae，还有一个quant research的职位，fsd收到据信了，其它两个没消息
，做过一次online assessment10天了还没有消息，请问这个是什么情况？

收到mortgage的账单，说是算下来有近2000的shortage，可以一次性付，也可以分成12
个月付，这样明年每个月的月付就高一些。
请问分成12个月付的话会有什么不好吗？这样岂不是escrow帮我先垫付了tax和
insurance之类的？而且还不要利息？

i think thr $2k goes to the escrow reserve... they need at least 2 months of
the tax in reserve. You're probabaly short on that... its not like they
would pay your tax for you in advance...

我也觉得奇怪，但是看起来要求六百多的reserve。但是我的帐户是负的一千多...
