if walmart ATM continues to work as it used to be, you can buy visa gift
cards to turn them to money orders. No limit (for now), but I think Walmart
is trying to discourage this and may soon be new measures to stop people.

这卡太搞笑了，我申的新卡还没有寄到，收到email说第一个statement已经出来了，在
网上下载了，的确是statement。这是不是意味着5% cashback的有效期只剩下5个月了
？？
