我当时看了很多房子，递了offer后讨价还价了半天，后来贷款又有问题，总之折腾了
很久。幸好agent都帮忙搞定了。最后买了个十多万的破房子，跟花的时间和精力比我
觉得他赚的还有点儿少...
我朋友买了个七十万的condo，也没看几次房子，于是愤愤不平感到agent非常轻松的赚
了很多钱...

agree, should be charged like lawyer by time spend and work load.

they have salary plus commission. buying a car is not that hard compare to
buying a house.
