要写成一个petition letter的格式吗？还是像修改文章一样，按reviews' comment
rebuttal的格式吗？还是就写成一个像petition，把其中IO问到的一些问题包括进去呢

要是模版式RFE，就按照petition letter写。要是IOchanllenge的很详细，那就逐条回
答，我的理解亚。
我也在准备RFE,主攻contribution和totality.
