LCA was approved about 2 days ago and then it is saying LCA sent to employer
for signature. Today it is showing Received signed LCA, so what does that
mean? I guess they have NOT yet file the H1B for me? but it is all ready to
file H1B for me now? BTW, if they file the H1B for me today, how long I
would be able to get the receipt?

H1B有没有file得催你律师，从现在这一步，他应该是材料都齐全了，随时应该都可以
file了。
我们家的2天前deliver到的，到目前还没有receipt。据说要最多要等俩月才能等到
receipt⋯⋯

two month for receipt?
I think the company is using Premium Process, and I heard the receipt will
be arriving within 2 weeks?

not quite sure whether it depends. i just emailed the legal ppl for my case,
and he said it will be arriving within 3-5 days. hopefully what he said it
true...
but for my case, the legal ppl said although LCA was approved and signed,
the lawyer is still in review of my case and files....they have to wait
until lawyer finish the review process....too bad....

Ans: case by case, 2 weeks to months are all possible. Some people using PP
and receive H1 approval even before the paper receipt.
