今年6月份的140,刚刚收到RFE的信,不知道有没有兄弟姐妹有类似的情况?
其中一条没有过:
There is insufficient evidence that there is a whole department in the
private employer which conducts research activities per se and has achieved
documented accomplishments in an academic field.
公司总共300人,有12个人左右在R&D department, 一半多PhD,一些research
technician. Officer列了几个理由说不行,
1) 做R&D的人太少,12个在300人比例太少.
2) 每年投入只有$2 millions不到,占公司的$140 millions revenue比例太小.(公司虽
然revenue大,可是profit不高,不知道能否通过这点来说明).
3) 做的不是scientific research,而是 research technology sold to other
companies.
140的时候把公司每年发的文章和专利都列出来,都有很多,近5年几十篇文章几十个专利
,可是说不是scientific research?
大家有没有什么好的建议呀?
