今天收到了AP／EAD combo card，但有个问题：收到combo card前几天我就已经收到AP
（I-512，两张纸），现在收到的EAD下面写着serves as I-512 advance parole，所以
我出入境的时候是不是只出示combo card就可以了？那两张纸相当于没用了？？

which house is located better? they are similar prices. i know none of them
is perfect.
house 1: it is very close to ele. school, don' know if noise might be a
problem.
house 2: there is a small access road behind the house
house 3: it is a corner lot, close to a main road.
There are 8 houses listed in the same area. Other 5 are even located worse.

从地图上看，2的位置看起来似乎相对1、3来说最好。

really? just the small access road behind the backyard bothered me a little
. there are two other homes behind that house. But the front of the house is
perfect, so quiet...We can get a very good deal for that house coz it is on
market more than one year...

of course 2.
1 and 3 are too close the main road and could be very noisy in summer if you
like to open windows. That's a big no-no for us at least.

朝向 has lower priority than noise...i know for house 2 all main rooms faces
north...it is not perfect...
OOPS! just found out house 1 is PENDING today...

haha, all voted house 2. forgot house 1 now coz it is gone. House 2 has
been on market for more than 1 year and we visited it for 3 times. we are
debating if we should wait for new listings.

check the neighbors if you care about noise, do they let their children out
playing basketball all the time? do they have a barking dog in the backyard?
Do they host parties from time to time?

as I said, the neighbors bugs you a lot of more than road. background noise
is simply not that bad once you are used to it.

but it is hard to know neighbors behaviors. neighbors might change. they
might get a dog even no dog now... as long as the whole neighhood is nice,
it is fine...

房子在市场上呆一年卖不掉都是有原因的。
买家那么多，谁也不比谁聪明。
等你花了时间精力然后发现，哦，原来是因为这个才卖不出去。
那就最不划算了。建议你move on吧。
