The current visa caps are arbitrary and are a factor in causing backlogs
that currently hamstring our legal immigration system. These caps prevent

现在在做refinance，作了no cost refinance 15 yr fixed at 3.25%。当时lock了45
天。现在离locked date expire还有3天。underwriter说正在申材料，现在是
conditional approved。还来得及close吗？看了看合同，如果不能按时close，需要提
前48小时pay 0.125%的cost去extension 7天。如果这样不是明天就要决定要不要pay
extension fee了？大家有没有经验？谢谢！！！

肯定不能按时close了，即使签完loan doc还要等三天才能funding，你的case最快也要
5-7天才能close。
