我们与卖家已经签了合同，现在正在和卖家就修的东西在扯皮，但是我们的Agent突然
收到了对方要求取消合同，重新让房子上市的文件，要我们签字，这怎么办？我们还想
继续进行，还可以吗？对方可以在closing之前任意时间要求终止合同吗？
另外一个情况就是在和卖家签了合同之后，那个房子的状态一直都没变成pending，大
概已经两个星期了，而且这个期间一直有人去看这个房子，难道可以这样吗？如果卖家
又收到比我们高的offer，他就可以随便终止合同？我们的Agent是第一次遇到这种情况
，感觉也不是很有把握

The mother of British businessman Neil Heywood told the Daily Telegraph her
son died of a heart attack. Speaking from her home in Streatham, south
London, Anne said:
“My son died of a heart attack. I don't know why there's all these rumours.
But I don't want to say anything else.
Hi sister, Leonie, who lives in Tooting, made a similar comment.
“My brother died four months ago. He died of a heart attack. I don't have
any comment.

seller不卖你们没有办法。

move on and forget about this one. if you haven't reached any agreement
about inspection yet and your request is still alive, seller can do
nothing and just let it expired and the deal is off or you buy as is.
also seller can cancel the contract any time before closing. what have you
asked for the inspection? A lot?

没有，我们同意了inspection
问题是我们这里最近市场好了，出来一套一天之内就没了，我们这家可能觉得卖亏了，
所以一直没有修改状态，一直在让人看房子，估计是有人出价比我们高，他们要反悔。

我们付的inspection的钱白付了吗？

是的。买家风险的一部分。你们还在扯皮就说明inspection contingency还没有remove?
卖家其实也不是可以随便不卖，他们也要有条件。一般就是在修东西上不合作。估计你
们已经拖过了合同期限，比如17天，这个时候seller随时可以走人。

that's my guest too. the only thing that you can do is to threat that you
are going to sue them which is a lose-lose solution.

depends how you do it. r u willingly to buy a property with pending
legislation? even if you want to buy such a property, you will have to go
with all cash since you are not going to get a loan. does that sounds
laughable?!
