1. 我们公司不提供医疗保险，所以我们是买的个人的保险，去年全家的保险prenium要差不多12k。我的保险的agent说这12K是直接可以退税的，不是算在medical expense里, medical expense是超过收入的7.5%才可以退税。用turbo tax没有找到地方填这个health insurance premium,只能放在medical expense里，如果self-employed 才能全部退？请教这个怎么弄？
2.investment property的rent的收入如何报税？比如Rent是$1200,mortgage是$1000($
500 principle, $500是mortage interest)。有人告诉我说只有那$200 cash flow 那
部分 ($1200-$1000)算是income，需要交税.用turbo tax只有 $500 mortgage
interest 不用交税， mortgage中的principle也算income，所以$1200-500=$700 要交
税。
3.回国整牙的钱可以退税吗？

闲的蛋疼，在家拉了坨屎在报纸上，之后裹了几层报纸，带到班主任家门口。摆在地上
用打火机点着报纸，然后敲他家门，之后逃跑，班主任好奇的打开门。面对家门口一坨
正在燃烧的报纸，你的第一反应是什么？用脚去踩？灭火？！没错！！！于是整整一下
午班主任都在门口怒吼咆哮！！

1) Your medical insurance premium and all of the medical related cost could
be put on schedule A. As you know, only this amount exceeds a certain amount
could be used (to get itemized deduction).
2) Rental income is in schedule E. Your rental income minus all of your
expenses (including house structure depreciation, not land) is your taxable
income
3) same as 1) with receipt.
You better to talk with CPA.

你却要拉在面前，裹在纸里，捧在手里，
还要把一泡屎随身携带一路带到人家门口。

"有人"错了, 本金不能算费用因为最终进自己的腰包. turbo tax was correct on
this. however other expenses such as commission, adverting, repairs,
depreciation, gas mileage, etc, are tax deductible.
