Is there somebody knowing why technical sale rep/manager position in
instrument company requires citizenship?

屋旁有棵大树，大概离房三米半，树的直径大概半米，枝繁叶茂的。
我们担心会不会对房子的地基有影响，（房子是一层楼的ranch style)
因为这里砍树要申请permit，这么大棵树砍起来也不便宜。所以想找人来看看。我们应
该找什么样的人呢？有没有 structure engineer 这样的人可以帮我们看？大概要多
少钱？

这种职位不缺美国人做，所以不考虑外籍

cut it down so it stops growing roots which may mess up with your drain or
foundation. cut and haul a tree, without moving the stump, can be as cheap
as a few hundred bucks. You can buy some chemical from HD or Lowes and pour
into the stump to kill it.

Thanks for your reply. I suppose only positions involving security clearance
require citizenship. I won't apply this type positions anymore.
