她现在用的是学校的H1B(non-cap的),面试了一个公司,很可能就要给offer了。H1B要转
成占cap的。但现在2011的H1B名额已经用完了。如果申请明年的,是明年4月份递上申
请就能上班了,还是要等到10月份批下来才能去上班?如果要等到10月,怕公司等不了。
有没有谁有亲身经历的,麻烦解答一下。谢谢了。

leave but return with AP, then the officer will be required by law to check
all your past status and work authorization including this 4-1 to 9-30
period, and may issue RFE asking you to prove work authorization if he has
doubt.
