谁能告诉我 140批准发 ead/ap在哪儿？完全找不到啊。跟eb有关的只有交了485之后的

现在用量挺大的。。。就是一大帮老中老印都用了挺多了。。。我觉得如果放宽一点
EB1的要求那老中就全current了（Eb2的NIW都上去EB1了）。

1.以前没用完的移民签证要用完(recapture);cut-off day determination要更透明更
一致;采取措施让140批准的更容易换工作和维持身份
2.增加OPT的专业数，增长opt的时间
3.USCIS提供满足NIW标准的指引；提供Advance Parole给不满足NIW的investor,

我的理解，应该是递了485后，但因为没有绿卡名额，而485 pending的人，以往要求所
换工作要是和旧的相似，但现在把这类范围放宽了，这个对递485后180天换工作的人是
个好消息。
