在加州，是个short sale, seller接受了，签字了，然后我们就等啊等了两个多月。中间没有任
何变化的消息。突然就被卖给别人了。
怎么去告seller/seller agent? 自己这边能有什么理由要求损失赔偿？
另外怎么去CAR告seller agent,不期望能否有什么真正结果，但希望把她的license给
搞掉几年。

yes. what can I expect the buyer agent to do on this? The condo is already
sold.

What do you mean seller signed,did he sign the contract? If so, I think he
is obligated to sell. Ask your buy agent to find out what happened.

short sale 最终做决定的是银行。sell agent把合同（可能多个）送到银行，银行最
后拍板

forget about it. unless you can find some specific law/regulations in your
state saying the the seller and/or listing agent are obligated to info all
buyers that the lien holder selected someone else, I don't see that they
have done anything wrong. so you don't have a case here. what had you done
after signed agreement? deposited your EM? conducted your inspection?
