我的I140 EB2已经file4个多月了，去USCIS网站查状态，一直都还是下面的状态,是否
正常啊？
On August 13, 2014, we received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for
Alien Worker , Receipt Number LINXXXXXXXX, and sent you the receipt notice
that describes how we will process your case. Please follow the instructions
in the notice. If you do not receive your receipt notice by September 12,
2014, please call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move, go to www
.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.
