Sorry no Chinese input with the laptop i'm using right now.
I used to use BOA check card to withdraw money at China Contruction Bnak ATM
machines in China without any fees.(on a monthly basis)
Recently it seems they start to charge 3% conversion fee per each withdraw.
How does anybody else withdraw money in China without fees?

跨行取钱的费用分两种：发卡银行的收费和ATM所有者的收费。美国几乎所有ATM对外行
的卡都收费，但是中国几乎所有ATM对外行的卡都不收费。所以只要确保你的发卡银行
也不收费，那么在中国就可以随便取钱了。发卡银行不收费用的有很多，比如楼上说的
fidelity和ally都是。
