Today: "On January 20, 2015, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number
LIN1490xxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us."

看一个房子, 碰巧 buyer agent 和 seller agent 都是prudential的。这种情况有什

不是同一个人就不是dual agent
但是你要注意是不是朋友，我买房子的时候就是被暗箱操作了。
