The first thing you should cut is carbohydrate. So, forget about 白饭,甜点.
The traditional Chinese stir fry is actually very healthy in moderation.
Just use the right oil (a list at the bottom). Make sure you got all colors
of veggies.
酸奶 is not bad, but you shouldn't eat it with an empty stomach, because it
will make it more acidic.
豆腐 is arguable. Some point out mostly it's made from genetically modified
soy beans. If you trust Fang Zhouzi, eat it liberally. But you probably
should stay away from it if you are like the rest of people. Especially if
you stay sexually desirable (statistics show that tofu-eating people lose
their sexual performance a lot)
