2011年建的新房。因为buider和agent都在当地工作了20多年，所以我们没有用agent介
绍的inspector，自己在远一点的地方找了一个。
今天通知agent做inspect的日期以后，他就写email问我们inspector公司的名字，和那
个人的全名。我们第一次回信就含糊过去没说。
紧接着他又来了一个email，坚持问inspection公司的名字，和inspector的全名。我们
说是朋友介绍的，只有电话和first name，问agent为什么要这些信息，agent 于是不
再回email
不明白为什么？难道是他知道房子有问题？

我的agent让他推荐他都不推荐。估计是为了避嫌。你的agent有点意思

很奇怪。我都让客人自己找，就是为了避嫌，免得以后有什么问题说是我推荐的不好。
如果客人非让我找，我都给他们找三个，让他们自己去打电话问。

what harm can your agent do to you if he/she knows the full name of your
inspector and company?! Your agent will be the one who open the door for you
and your inspector. He/she has the right to know whom you are going to
bring in. He/she also has the duty to the seller in case that something
happens during the inspection and to the house. The property is not yours
yet and if something happens, your agent has responsibility no matter whom
you are going to work with.

very true! ur agent needs to be there when inspector come for inspection. No
harm to provide inspector's information to your agent.

normally inspection expenses are POC or before you even apply for loan. It
is not a required service by lender.

You can pay this fee from closing cost. Usually, in my state, rebate from
agents only could used for closing cost.

我们用cash 买房，inspection 的钱也是自己出。不想AGENT知道是谁会做inspection
就是不想让他们事先联系好，不然我们这钱很可能就白出了，inspection也白做，成了
一个形式而已。
反正inspect那天agent就会知道是谁在做的，agent这么问让我们很不舒服，
所以那个房子我们已经决定退出了
