Lender wants me to fill in and sign the "Request for Transcript of Tax
Return".
Section 5: third party's name, address, phone is empty.
Do you guys just leave it empty and send the signed form to lender?
Just feel that it's a bit unsecure, as anyone gets the blank signed form can
request a copy of my tax transcript.

你说的是4506T表吧，把1、2、3、4如果有的话，填上，双方签字、电话、日期。
这表以后你经常要填的。

没通过agent, Wells Fargo loan processer 直接问我要的。

你签不签一样不安全。IRS又不会真核对你的签名。

你没明白楼主问的意思。

你签不签一样不安全。IRS又不会真核对你的签名。

lender会填这一项, 您不用管. 所有您给lender (或者是agent) 的document都会被很
好保管.
