时候，发现那个门不是反锁状态，直接就打开了，我以为有家人回来了，进客厅就发现
摆在茶几上的笔记本电脑没有了。” 李先生知道遭遇了小偷，连忙来到房间里检查，
果然，家中首饰和现金都不见了踪影，然而仔细查看后李先生发觉光顾自家的这个小偷
有点“奇怪”。
“当时我有两部手机放在客厅，回来的时候发现两个手机都没有了，但是他把我的
两张（手机）卡留给我了，到房间发现，早上我的被子是平铺在床上的，居然他帮我把

如果是有芯片的，比如那个arrival plus，在欧洲使用没问题
国内使用稍微困难，因为国内只收银联

刚收到email说给俺升级到arrival plus啦，不过还是打算redeem完点就byby的。我在
国内用过discover,还行。小二也会叽咕银联啥的，不过都能过POS，所以大家happy.
我觉得关键是POS机，好像没听说国内有人用过barcalaycard的。

Which email address should we send to asking about the details of the RFE?

Thanks! Do you know how long it will take for us to get the mail? Do they
usually mail by Express Mail?
I really want to know immediately since I have to get the EAD card by June

if getting EAD is your purpose, you can file 485 right now, EAD/AP should
arrive by the end of April if you are in TSC.

so does it mean we can get the EAD/AP card even if 140 is still pending? In
case our 140 is rejected by June and I don't use the EAD until after June ,
I can still use my OPT expiring in June and my husband's H1b is still valid?
BTW, our case is in NSC.

your 485. Worst case, if your 140 is denied, and you have not used EAD, your
husband's H1B still valid, you can convert to H4 in that case.

We just received lawyer's email about RFE. We just need to provide an
employment letter stating that my hubby's position is a permanant research
position. So should be a simple one.
I guess if I apply for 485 EAD, then I can't apply for H1b during pending
status? If 140 is denied, I'll have to find an agent to help me submit H1b
before June..
Things are so complicated...
