馒头这个东西吃惯了的人连吃几十年都不厌，不像什么油条、面包、糕点什么的。
可是做馒头需要技术，还需要力气。俺手工做馒头好些年了，用那个常用的词语叫“零
失败”，但常有手腕子疼痛之苦。这馒头不塌的关键是二次发酵之前要将一次发酵发好
的面里的气泡全部揉出去。不要问俺是怎么知道的？呵呵。这要揉光面里的气泡是需要
力气的，很多女子通常难以做到。
最近网上遇到个不错的发现，懒人版馒头，改用面条机来反复压一次发酵后的面团，经
验证发现效果异曲同工。有兴趣的朋友回去可以试一试。
补：
今年那个kitchen aid pro 6-quart mixer促销，凑热闹买了一个，想试试拿来揉馒头
面。这一款比以前试过的上下磕头的型号有进步，呵呵，可是拿来揉馒头还是远远不够
。还比俺馒头面软得多的面，二档没转多久，冒烟了。哎，再一次失望，中看不中用啊。

在我们这里，如果像这样挑剔那是买不到房子的。后面的路如果是小区内的，
噪音应该不成问题。毕竟小区内到晚上睡觉时候一般都没什么噪音了。至于
privacy，种一排树墙就好了
楼主更需要考虑的是门口的driveway，图上看不出，如果driveway是朝
房子方向下斜坡度较大的话，可能有排水问题。

I wouldn't buy. Noise is a small minus in this case, kids safety and no
privacy are much bigger minus. HOA doesn't allow fence, basically you won't
be able to enjoy your back yard and your kids cannot run around / play in
the yard freely, which to me is a very important reason why families want to
buy SFHs.

我倒是不觉得这有多不安全。我们这里，好点的小区都不让修fence，有孩子的家庭
也都住得好好的。比如我家后院是个林子，我们这一排的孩子都知道不要走到林子里去，
很小的孩子都知道。没有孩子乱跑的。

tax is the same because the larger home appealed this year.
It seems I pay more, but I will enjoy the house more also when I sell it,
will sell more.

in fact, the bottom of the pic is north. the cheaper backyard faces north,
another faces north/east- better.

里面的那个看着好点，毕竟离马路远了。安全很多。只要房间不冲北，就行。其实不让
修围墙／篱笆挺讨厌的。因为这片地看起来后面什么都没有

恩， deerfield high 吧。除了几个DT的高中，这个是郊区10分里最好的高中了。应该
是10/10/10. 我们本来也想买在deerfield的，OFFER都下了，一个在湖边的房子，后来
SELLER不卖了。。。。就放弃了

haha, 湖边的房子... - we are so limited to the location coz homes near the
lake won't work for us. we have to buy right nearby the highway for
commuting...

那个是一个小湖，不像MICHIGAN的那么大。但也可以在里面划船。房子大部分窗户都是
在湖旁边的，吃饭都可以看湖，特别好。只可惜SELLER不卖了，呵呵

不会，这个一查就查出来了。如果有这种情况比较频繁，就会列为FLOOD ZONE。

不能装FENCE,孩子在后院玩，是不踏实。
能不能密植些树或者灌木，直接挡住，让人一般没有办法穿越的？
