12年在这家做的intern,上周早早的给了13年intern offer，部门主管直接让HR给发的
如果去了这次，毕业后不去full time是不是不好？这之间有commitment吗？
因为部门主管曾经给我说过，他们招intern的目的就是为以后招full time做预备。我
现在去占了别人的名额，最后又不去full time，有点拿不准啊。。又不想直接拒掉，
毕竟给的intern待遇挺诱人（对于一个苦逼phd来说）

担心公司拖着485，想先找个理由搞个普通的EVL，准备必要的话自己file 485。有几个
问题请教，主要看看是否容易被RFE。先谢过了：
1。可能不会写 to USCIS 或者DOL，只有to whom it may be concerned, etc。1月份
有个EVL写的是 to US custom,不知道能不能直接用。
2。会写title（match that in I140）,salary (above PW), has been employed/
currently fully employed,etc.但不会写will employed in the future/after 485
approval.
3。没有job description, responsibility 什么的。
4。预计6月我的排期current，6/1-6/10之间file 485。我打算让hr 5月1日-5月8日左
右开这个EVL，这一个月的差距是否会导致RFE?

I purchased this item for my yearly trip to India. Indian food always runs
my digestive system ragged and I wanted to purchase an item to help control
my bowel movements. Much to my surprise these items turned out to be "aqua
blocks" not "anal blocks"! They are for your ears! Using them for any other
body cavity is highly inadvisable. I will be repurchasing an appropriate
product.
