According to the USCIS Minutes from April 9, 2015, we do not need to take
any actions. On May 1st, when your priority date becomes current USCIS
should automatically link your EB-2 I-140 to your pending I-485 application
. If your I-485 application is not adjudicated in May, on June 1st, we can
make a service request. Please find a copy of the USCIS minutes below.
