这种情况很有可能被rfe（他们一旦rfe,list往往很长）. 可能是由于办h1b时就已有记
录，所以放松了。尤其是后结婚的，还是办个正规的出生及婚姻公证比较好。

大家办公证主要是为了省事，别好不容易排期到了，一个RFE要公证版，等你办好了排
期退了，又得多等一年

我想不通为什么不能在美国领证就不用办公证了呀。为什么还要这么折腾。

为什么不能生在美国呢， 就不需要折腾排期了。
同学，总是有各种原因不能在美国领证啊。很多人结婚的时候根本没有移民或者没有想
到移民需要结婚公证。站着说话不腰疼
