03年来美，快十年了。公司去年同意绿卡，但是工作太忙，拖到今年。家庭原因，不
想等排期，想知道EB1的概率。具体情况如下。
1）work in Healthcare company 3 years, Fortune 100
2) 5 publications, 3 English (all 1st author), low citation (about 10
citations), 3 reviews invited by one journal (publication journal)
3) two products commercialized this year (top brand nationwide), two patent
filings
4) three new developed products might be introduced to another country next
few years (#1 brand in this country), might have three new patents
5) working on one project that might save company millions of dollars a year
是不是应该claim authorship and contribution. 没有特意去要review, 只受到发表
杂志的邀请审稿3次。该claim吗？
