好像年底12月31前要交给学校payroll一份cintax.us上的表,
然后才会收到 w-2??
然后要在4月前寄给州政府和fedral各一份税表? 那f2要填什么不?

不知道退税情况如何,好像前3个月不收税,而且还会在4月后收到去年的退税??

Since some agents are so desperate to use taxes excuse to try to reduce the
promised rebate to their buyer, as a CPA, realtor as well as loan officer,
let me post the IRS ruling for you.
Commission rebate is not taxable income to buyer, agent should not issue
1099 to the buyer. It is also not taxable to the agent since the agent
rebate to the buyer and just treated as reduction to the agent's taxable
income. So buyer please do not believe that the agent will pay 50% tax on
the rebate the give to you. All taxes related excuses are lies!!
Here is the link, you may save the document. Per IRS ruling, payment after
closing or credit during closing are not taxable income.

若F2是non-resident alien, F2填不填取决于F1 。
F1是non-resident(for tax only)的话,F2添不到F1的表里,只能单独添,没收入也
可以填的,只是为表明填了税表。
F1是resident了的话,F2填到F1里一快儿报税,省钱了。
若F2已经是resident alien了,两口子填一张税表,省钱。
另外,“好像”关于报税,“好像,大概,听说之类的词”没有意义,可以看税表和税
的网站确认。

This is true only if the firm that agent works for agrees to pay rebate. If
companies are more conservative about rebate and have their own policy
against rebate, agent, who need to be competitive, have to give buyer cash
after splitting commission with the firm (this may not be legal in some
states), then tax is a variable. It won't shown as an income for buyers on
paper, but it is an income for agent who need to pay tax for that.
Don't get me wrong. I am not against rebate. I usually appreciate more to
clients who bring the rebate issue up before they use my service, and we
then can work that out, and everyone is happy.
