subgrade用木头subfloor 不建议。subgrade的slab 上可以用engineering 地板。

恩，多挖三尺，做完防水防潮通风后，留一尺空间再做floor。

not in UK, that is for sure.
I would guess it is in Orange County, CA, USA.
It will begin to look a lot like Christmas at Fashion Island this week when
the white fir arrived on Thursday, Nov. 1 in predawn hours. The 90-foot-tree
will make its holiday home in the Neiman Marcus-Bloomingdale's Courtyard.
At approximately 7 a.m., the tree will be slowly backed into the courtyard
on a flatbed truck and meticulously hoisted into place with a huge crane.
The tree will be decorated over the next two weeks and make its debut at the
Tree Lighting Celebration, a complimentary event, taking place on Tuesday,
Nov. 13 and Wednesday, Nov. 14 at 6 p.m.
