My relative just came from Shanghai. Ticket was bought from an agent. Not a
mileage ticket.
I made a United mileageplus account and requested mileage credit, and the
website gives error msg:
Mileage has already been credited to traveler's account.
The agent stole the mileage .....

你开的那个UA账户是你自己名字还是亲戚名字？必须是你亲戚的名字才可以拿到里程。
Mileage has already been credited to traveler's account. 这个traveler难道不
是你亲戚？不管谁给你亲戚订票，只有你亲戚能攒里程。

agent just opened UA account for your relatives and agent is in control of
that two accounts. So try to call UA and get them to give you control of
those accounts (such as new password). No idea whether it will work, but
you should try.

顶这个！先用乘机人姓名啥的找找密码，然后电话ua说里程被冒领，或是找代理私了，
敲他一笔。不能这样算了
