看中一个房子准备make offer，agent要求deposit 5000刀到他们的banker。说是作为
escrow的money。想问这样有没有什么猫腻？要是房子没买到的话，岂不是意味着钱还
在agent他们那里，我下面就没办法换别的agent了？

usually you provide a copy of the check that goes with the offer. if the
offer is accepted and you are happy with the results of the inspection that
follows, and all parties have agreed to a final price, then, and only then
you give the check to your agent!

通常是seller接受offer,正式签合同菜要deposit把。不过只要不是你会越，钱是可以
要回来的。
