I made a notary for my marriage certifcate many years ago, which says
We certify that the above people applying for marriage satisfy the
regulations relevant to marriage according to "The Marriage Law of the
People's Republic of China" and are allowed marry and registered for
marriage

Is it a qualified marriage certificate?
My lawyer said that the translation is showing that we were allowed to marry
and did say that we were actually married.
But the notary is indeed a direct translation to the chinese version.
May I know anyone who has a more approproate version and how and where to
get it?

自己找个朋友翻一下你的结婚证，签名。
然后去银行公证一下，你开户的银行，应该是免费的。
