我因为种种原因要立刻withdraw现在的申请并且要马上file新的application. 但是
USCIS withdraw非常慢，我现在的申请还在RFE. 学校已经withdraw我上次I20给我新
的了，
我可否马上申请呢？还是必须要等withdraw的decision?

1）离开足球圈
可以做 contractor,挣得不少，公司里大大小小几个头目都是认识的
MBA, 我没信心了。我这个人痛恨EQ, 痛恨跟EQ高的人打交道。读MBA的都是EQ高的垃圾。
2）足球圈
A. 中甲，成都五牛，跟着郝指导。但是现在有些变故，俱乐部基本确定郝指导带队，
但是郝指导性情比较刚硬，解决不愿让四川本地教练加入教练组。本地教练，最擅长的
就是利用本地媒体，诋毁外地球员，造谣说教练员偏向外地球员。现在僵局了，郝指导
说只要四川本地教练加入教练组，就不愿意干了。你去国外看看，哪有什么俱乐部干涉
主教练阻隔的？俱乐部也说了，外地教练容易搞帮派，必须要掺石子，撒钉子。
B. 青岛海牛，乙级队，薪水低的可怜。好处，从总经理到扫地的，全部都是在北京上
海工作过的青岛人组成。以前申花队的朱慧谦推荐，估计什么主教练不是拿北京户口的
邱忠辉，张帅，就是拿上海户口本的陈刚，崔晓佳。总经理，也是拿北京户口的郝某。
C. 上海申花。现在的上海申花，绝对是正义的象征，队里把几个说话有分量的上海本
地人，什么于涛，什么奚志康都赶走了。队委会全部都是我们北方人和内向的上海人比
如中国第一后卫柏嘉俊。如果申花明年夺冠了，估计很多上海人心里可能比吃了一斤大
粪还难受（我知道这么说很难听，但是这是事实）。从个人感情来讲，外地人被上海人
欺负了这么多年，要是能利用上海人的名片来让高傲的上海人自我恶心一下，不拿工资
也能接受。
鲁能，那是关系户和EQ男应该去的地方。

一个多月前就可以申了。不过他家系统好像现在还比较混乱，有不少申了以后pending
打电话去找不到申请，或者拿到卡花了最后statement出来给的点不对这种事。。。

我又落伍了，不过他家的lounge太少了美国只有14个机场19个，不过要是刚好在那些地
方经常做飞机的话，那倒是蛮爽的，100块年费，比AMEX platinum便宜多了，可以转
airline，1:1,alaska不错

好处难道不应该是Earn 3 points per dollar spent at gas stations, grocery
stores, and drug stores？

那个年费300呢，太贵了，除非你加油超市消费能很多
