本人2年多credit history，之前信用记录良好，申请chase， amex， discover的卡都
是提交申请，马上就批，discover 提供的信用分有740。这次申请BOA123卡，竟然没有
一次性通过，说要reweive。这种情况是不是就是不批呢？请有经验的童鞋指点一下，

This letter is to confirm that our company, [XXX] Inc., currently employs Mr
. [XXX] as an [Job Position] pursuant to the approved H-1B petition filed by
our company on his behalf ([H1B case Number]), a copy of which is attached.
This is a full time permanent position and his start date was [XXX].

问题是美国没有 full-time permanent employment吧，我们的HR拒绝permanent字眼

我是这么写的
Although XXX's employment is at will, this is a regular full-time position.
We expect to continue to utilize his skills in this position after approval
of his form I-485.

The POSITION is permanent, not the employment relationship.
