小弟EB1a已经拿到工卡，想转行，现在是在大学做博后药物研究的；转行后想做职业
药师，就是CVS药房里的那种，属于服务行业，虽然都属于药学范畴。
1. 请问大家，如果用工卡转行，会不会招来RFE, 甚至被拒？
2. 移民官如何界定是转行，还是非转行？

最近有人从迪斯尼的片子里总结出来一个化解悲伤最好的方法 -- Disney style！简单
的说，就是立马趴在你最近的东西上，然后就可以开始嘤嘤嘤了。于是，有个哥们决定
尝试一下。。。

太误导了！Disney style的一个重要前提就是必须有一个曲线优美的屁股和细腰。这个
前提大部分一般人都不符合。

I personally think it might not meet the 51% similarity comparing two jobs.
If you dig back into the postings on this board, people are saying first you
find whether the job code will be the same or not, the current one you can
find it in the perm, then the most important is that you will need to make
sure the pharmacist job description at least 51% similar to the researcher
one described in your PERM. However, if you can make a good case describing
the relationship between two jobs are in very close proximity, you might be
fine since sometimes like people says here, a lot of time with USCIS will
translate into luck. Safest might be asking an independent attorney’s
opinion if desired. Judging from what I learn from here, the risk is high.
