我会说:"everybody plays an important role in a team in order to achieve a
common goal. I will try to finish my part of work first and then help others
to make sure we all finish it on time. Being a team member, I will try to
help others and my team to finish the project on time with good quality even
without being in a designated leadership role."
其实，个人觉得behavior 的问题没什么对错，只要你回答的有理，就OK 了。
