買了張9/4 domestic的票, 但是由於新的行程安排, 所以不得已要退票, 看了united的
退票policy, 很多地方都用may的字眼, 比較含糊

如果退成credit for future use, 是不是跟改票一樣$75? 我在labor day weekend,
而且經濟艙已經滿了, 不知道符不符合網頁上說的voluntary refunds? 從來沒有操作
過退票, 不知道規定的跟實際操作的會不會有出入...謝謝

In all other cases, a refund may be requested for any fare that allows
refunds. Depending on the rules of the fare purchased, a cancellation

这几句话你哪句不懂？你看一下fare rule看看罚多少。
简单的说大部分票不能退，但买票的钱在扣除罚款后可以用来买新的机票。
