美国一份最新报告显示，美国280万户家庭2009年收到丧失抵押房产赎回权通知，
创历史纪录；这一数字今年预计将持续增长。
丢房浪潮
美国RealtyTrac公司14日发布报告说，2009年接到丧失抵押房产赎回权通知的美国
家庭数量比2008年增加21％。每45户家庭中就有一家接到类似通知，包括丧失抵押房产
赎回权通知、房产拍卖日程和银行没收房产通知等。
遏制抵押房产赎回权丧失浪潮是美国房地产市场止跌企稳和实体经济复苏重要一步
。丧失赎回权的抵押房产通常大比例折价出售，带动周围房产价格下跌。
丧失抵押房产赎回权和房价下跌致使地方政府相关税收减少，拖累地方经济。虽然
美国一些城市房价已企稳，但仍比2006年年中全美价格水平下跌30％。

太老了，美国没独立那年就有了。原来是美国人去回访英国佬，马、猎枪、高尔夫球道
、游艇等等都只用过一次，最后抖一独生子包袱。
