walk-in closet. Already got all furniture, 52-inch TV and wireless internet
running. You won't have to share bathroom with anyone.
The cost will be $650 plus 1/3 * (Condo fee + electricity + internet + cable
+ water + gas), or $800 in total per month. $800 security deposit. Will

currently looking at only renting out one room, and keep the other one empty
because my girlfriend lives in Boston and comes to visit me once a month.
