$750 for employers with 1 to 25 full-time equivalent employees, unless exemp
t.
$1,500 for employers with 26 or more full-time equivalent employees, unless
exempt.
Fraud Prevention and Detection fee:
$500 to be submitted with a request for initial H-1B status or with a reques
t for a beneficiary already in H-1B status to change employers (does not app
ly to Chile/Singapore H-1B1 petitions).
Public Law 111-230:
$2,000 to be submitted by a petitioner which employs 50 or more employees in
the United States where more than 50 percent of its employees in the United
States are in H-1B or L-1 nonimmigrant status.
Must be submitted with a request for initial H-1B status or a request for a
beneficiary already in H-1B status to change employers.
Premium Processing fee:
$1,225 for employers seeking Premium Processing Service.

主要是麻烦，特别是法律方面的风险。另外律师费也不便宜，印象里从3000到6000不等。

件，ceo又要签字，又要和政府部门打交道之类的。。。
你想一下: 在水平差别不大的情况下，美国人大多能说会道，虽然水平差了点，但是招
他们省了不少麻烦。所以在很多美国人工作，并且供求平衡的领域，办H1-B的就少。像
CS，需求很大，
美国人做的不多，外国人才有机会
件，ceo又要签字，又要和政府部门打交道之类的。。。
你想一下: 在水平差别不大的情况下，美国人大多能说会道，虽然水平差了点，但是招

对啊，比如会计，精算这行，sponsor h1-b签证的公司就相对少很多，因为做这行的美
国人也不少；在水平差不多的情况下，美国公司一般倾向于雇佣美国人 candidate
